Area of Below Deer Hill in the eastern part of the Medard Lake has favourable conditions creating preconditions for intensive utilization of the area by leisure time activities associated with the water area.

Thanks to its location and expected high tourist attractiveness it is intended to built an entrance terminal and information center.
