West Waterside

On a connecting line between Habartov and Bukovany there are concentrated areas suitable for various different purposes.
Bathing below the eastern part of Habartov is difficult because of relatively steep banks a worse approachability to the water level. Nevertheless small bays enable approach to the water.
Further port is considered to be established in the western part of the lake including necessary base. Contrary to the eastern port on the lake (At Svatava) this one will be made from pontoons and light constructions.

What can be situated in the partial locations: cluster of rental wooden bungalows , conference and hotel center, sports ground, base for water sports, yachting port, port administration, (floating) restaurant, water center (e.g. base for scuba diving), experimental floating residential space, campus, technological center, research facility.
